Once we ship your order and issue you a tracking number it is out of our control what USPS does with it. Please take your tracking number and head over to the USPS website located here, and enter your tracking number to see where your item is.
*USPS First Class Domestic:*
-If your item has not "moved" aka- not scanned anywhere in 14 business days please either call USPS customer service with your tracking number, or head down to your post office and request an update on the location of your package. We get the same information as you online or via phone.
-If your item is scanned as delivered and you swear to the unicorn gods it was not delivered, contact your local post office and see if it was possible they mis scanned it. Also look around your mailbox as the postal worker may have dropped it. Check with your neighbors... hey, I know sometimes talking to your neighbors is scary but they may have your stupid cute Gertie stickers.... so the 5 minutes of awkward is worth it. If none of this is the case and its still not there, please contact YOUR LOCAL USPS location. The 800 number most likely will not be able to help. Call your local branch or go down there and request a GPS scan of the delivery location. This will tell you if it was in fact delivered to your house. If they refuse call the 800 number and request a scan plus file a grievance against your local office. They should be doing everything they can to help you.
-If your item arrive damaged USPS is required to leave an "I'm sorry" sticker on the package that has all the information on what happened to your package and who to contact if the items were damaged.
*USPS First Class International with tracking"
- Once the package leaves the United States we can no longer track your item. Please refer to your countries tracking service to locate your package.
- If there is no movement on your item in the United States in 30 business days, please send us an email and we will file a claim on your behalf.

If it was damaged by USPS, if it was damaged by the postal service in your country please contact them and ask them what the next step is.
*USPS Priority Mail:*
-If it has been 7 business days and nothing has been delivered please file a claim with USPS here. Also please let us know so we can file one as well, to contact us please use the contact us to the right side of the screen.
-If your item is scanned as delivered and you swear to the unicorn gods it was not delivered, contact your local post office and see if it was possible they mis scanned it.
